The Manufacturing practice of Infosys BPO serves clients across High-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace and Automotive and Resources. Our process platform helps clients perform a wide range of functions, including OEMs, component manufacturing, distribution, VAR and R&D, through a distributed ecosystem.
Infosys BPO's Manufacturing practice has centers in Mexico, Poland, the Czech Republic, India, Philippines and China. Our 4,500 professionals speak 18 different languages. Our team includes material planners, supply chain expeditors, sales support representatives and catalog specialists.
Our manufacturing practice blends multi-disciplinary skills: We work in close collaboration with our clients and the customers of our clients. For instance, an Infosys BPO professional working for an OEM client in the sales order booking team collaborates with his colleague working for a distributor client in the vendor management team. (S)he in turn interacts with an Infosys professional working for a VAR team. They collaborate to respond to a customer's RFP managed by another Infosys professional, from Infosys BPO's worldwide offices.
